What do you think about the website? Is there a category you would like to see added?

Can't seem to find a link providing directions to the Mansion. As a tourist passing through, THAT would really be helpful.

Kilted,
During a recent family vacation, we were passing through Waxahachie on June 17, 2014, and I was in contact with Sandra a day or two before, so I could zero in on the location. From a combined effort of Sandra's instruction and some homework on my own, this is how I managed to navigate to the mansion.
If you have Google Earth on your phone or tablet, open the app and do a search for the address 3636 FM 813, Waxachie, Tx.
You will notice a road just north/northwest of the property named GROVE CREEK RD. Grove Creek Rd and FM 813 is the best "intersection" you can use in your search for the "mansion". If you do a Google "street view" of the address, the wrought iron gate is open, white car pulling into the location, which CAN mislead you into thinking you have the wrong location. BUT, WHEN YOU ARE IN STREET VIEW, YOU CAN SEE THE TOP RIGHT PORTION OF THE HOME THROUGH THE BUSHES & TREES, which, in the TV series, would be Herman and Lily's bedroom.
With the wrought iron gate being open during precise moment the "Google mobile" was on 813 taking pictures, it tends to throw you off a bit, being that that's one of the things you're looking for to help you find the location.
If this forum allowed us to post photos, I would post the screen shots of the area to further demonstrate to you (and other guests/members who may be reading this) my explanation above.
Just keep in mind, that, if you are heading to the address north of the location, as you pass Grove Creek Rd, when you are about 1/4 of the way into where the road turns, the short paved driveway in front of the gate will be on you're right. If you blink, you'll miss it. Large, overgrown bushes in front, while adding to the theme of the location, helps hide it, as well.
Hope this bit of information helps you (and others) on your next visit to the area.
As for me and my family, now that we've seen the home's exterior, we can't wait to return for one of the Halloween bashes, to get a peek at the inside.
Regards,
Dave M New Orleans, La

I just happened to view an interview with Pat Priest over at YouTube.com and she mentioned this Texas Munster Mansion. So when I searched the internet, I found this web site. But I'm having trouble finding some information about visiting the place. Dave M, thank you for posting the location of this Texas Munster Mansion. I also searched this web site and could not find a map or address until I read your posting. In the "About The Mansion" section, I read that although the Texas Munster Mansion is a private residence, it is open one time each year for the public. However, I could not find the open house dates for 2015 even after I searched the calendars in the "Schedule A Tour" and "About The Mansion" sections. Both calendars were completely blank for 2015.
